Can I use this piece in the microwave or dishwasher?

Unless specified all of my pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. 

Can I use this piece in the oven?

If you are going to be using my pottery in the oven I suggest letting the piece heat up with the oven or placing the piece on a cool pizza stone in an already warmed oven.  All of my pieces can handle heat but cannot handle uneven heat, small cracks can form or a piece may even break if it is heating too unevenly. That said, I do use my low wide pieces in the oven.

Is this piece food safe?

All of my work is food safe. Some of my vases are not food safe, but they wouldn't work for food anyway.

How long does it take to do a custom piece or pieces?

Depending on the quantity of the order, custom pieces can take one to three months to complete.
